I made an appointment to get my nails done. The girl started doing my nails and kept messing up. The glue she was using hardly worked because when she started filing they would pop off. When she glued it back on, I had to remind her to go back and file that one. She dropped a few things on the floor and continued to use the dirty supply on my nails. The nail polish she was using was very liquidy. So it dripped onto my actual skin around my nail and told me to put it under the black light which at that point the light burned and hardened the polish on my actual skin. This girl is only 18. She told me if a nail were to pop off, to call her. Why would my nail come off if she did such a "good job". The girl failed to tell me she took cash only. I felt bad so I never said anything and gave her a tip. This girl needs more practice. She can not keep doing this to people. I haven't had a hair cut in over two years (from a professional). I am an introvert and talking to new people gives me borderline extreme anxiety. I went in and Tommy was the person I got. Tommy was very laid back, very easy going, soft spoken and had my nerves calmed down in no time. It was the first hair cut experience where I actually held a conversation with the person cutting my hair. He is amazing. I would go back to him without a second thought - I'd still be anxious, but it would be worth it. He has no idea how much he helped me out - which is why I gave him a large tip. Unfortunately Sunspot tanning steals your orders.
