Taco Bell — Restaurant in Newton Falls

First off I am not a fan of Taco Bell in a general sense and I probably haven't eaten at one in around 5yrs or so. However, they had some new items that seemed interesting so I figured why not and just hoped I wouldn't be regretting it later. I got the loaded nachos fries, but as you can see from the picture I opted not to get the majority of the toppings. Basically it was just the fries, meat & sauces. These fries were honestly really good to my surprise and I would definitely get them again. I also got the cheesy street chalupa with steak... again I opted out of all the extra toppings because cilantro was amongst them which sadly tastes like soap to me and raw onions (I think) anyways no thanks. Mine had steak and whatever sauce they put on there. Sometimes it's good to keep it simple. The sauce had a touch of heat and surprisingly I liked these too. Last, but certainly not least I got the vanilla swirl limonada freeze drink (didn't get a picture because I was too busy enjoying it). The star of the show for sure. Fantastic has good flavor and a little tang and zip to it. Refreshing and just overall really dang good. Never in a million years did I think I'd write a good review for Taco Bell, but here we are. Ordered taco bell the other night, went inside, the person at the front was Sophie. I order she is straight up rushing me, there is seriously only one car in the line once i order the 2 grilled cheese deluxe boxs and a normal $5 cravings box. I can hear Sophie in the back saying that she wants to freaking leave the place and how she hates it and she going outside going crazy (the place is literally dead like literally there is no cars in the drive thru on a sunday at 9pm), and finally 30 minutes later i get my food and they literally swapped everything, the one i order with no sourcream and beans is swapped with the other cravings boxs, and the grilled cheese burrito was very bad all the other burritos and tacos tasted not too bad, (i forgot to take pictures of it.)and they forgot to give me all the sauces...

Don’t know who the dude is working tonight at the window but I definitely won’t be going back until he’s fired, very ignorantly just told me the price of the box I wanted instead of asking what drink or anything he just told me the price so I was like ok I’ll go to the window and pay , nope I showed up to the window and he was all ignorant saying “oh you actually wanted the box ?’” And yelled back to the other workers “I guess we gotta make that box now” and talked to me like I was retarded because he doesn’t know how to ask for someone’s order properly. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had in this town. Learn how to train your employees on how to talk to people and have respect . I’m utterly disgusted with this...
