I've worked with multiple 3PLs before Ship Daddy. The first one failed so catastrophically one holiday season that Christmas orders shipped months late. Months! Another routinely ignored emails or answered urgent questions days later without acknowledging the delay. Their software didn't even have a view of our current inventory levels. The best I could hope for was periods of competency between disasters.

Ship Daddy is infinitely better than our previous 3PLs because they care and they communicate. When there's a problem, we message them on Slack and they quickly respond and fix it. The whole team is friendly, helpful, and hard working. They've been an incredible partner for us.

ShipDaddy is our fulfilment partner in the US and they have been doing an excellent job. We moved from a much bigger fulfilment company where we did not receive the personal and human approach until we switched to ShipDaddy. ShipDaddy's team, every single one of them, are just amazing at what they do. Their attention to detail is second to none. The fees they charge are very much within the market rate and the shipping costs they have with carriers are highly preferential so it's really saving us quite a bit.
