Majestic Mountain Sage — Local services in Nibley

I am disappointed with my recent experience, as I have relied on this company for one of my top-selling products. The company had previously stated via Facebook that updates would be provided regarding where products could be purchased once operations closed, yet no such updates have been shared. I reached out via email some time ago to inquire about which businesses would be carrying the products I need, but I have not received a response.

This lack of communication has unfortunately led me to seek alternatives elsewhere. In addition, after the decision to close, the company began restocking certain products but significantly increased shipping costs for bulk orders—whereas previously, my purchases qualified for free shipping. That change alone influenced my decision not to continue ordering.

Their essential oils are not REAL essential oils. They are mainly for candle making,lip balms,and perfumes. I should of known by the prices and after reading some very bad reviews. Maybe four good reviews out of many,many. They put more into the fragrance oils and nothing good into having a true essential oil. Anything they can sell to make money,they sell it! I've now made small and large(ish) orders from Majestic Mountain Sage. They have always responded and shipped quickly. Where I have had problems with other suppliers saying they had things in stock and then sitting on my order until it came in stock, I have found MMS to be completely transparent. Not only that, they take the time to talk with me about my business' needs when I call in. Plus, free shipping over $200 is terrific in this industry.
