Visionary Homes Design Studio — Local services in Nibley

This was our first time buying a home. Jeff at First Colony mortgage was great to get us approved for a home loan. Jordan with Visionary Homes was very helpful and responsive to our questions and gave us an informative and honest home tour. Hailey helped us fantasticly the in the Visionary Homes Design Studio. To be honest, I was dreading going to the design studio because I was worried that they would try to upsale us on a lot of home features that we wouldn't really want or need so that we would go 10-20k over our home loan budget, but Hailey was a no pressure, super knowledgeable guide the whole way. I was pleasantly surprised that she wanted to help us stay within our budget and finanicial concerns. We're excited for our first house to get finished next year. My husband and I just wrapped up everything in the design center and it went so well! This isn't our first new build and we learned a lot the first time around, mainly what not to do. I'm super particular and had a pretty firm grasp of what I wanted, and Shawn was so helpful. And then when I decided a week later to change a bunch of things she never made me feel like I was annoying her. She helped me figure out where we could adjust things to stay within budget and still get everything we wanted. I really loved how thoughtfully everything was set up, I dont think there was anything I had to try to envision that I couldn't see in person. Honestly I could hang out in the awesome design studio all day, it was fun! I cant wait to see my finished home....

This is our first experience building a new home and so far all is well. Visionary Homes staff has been Wonderful. Jordan with whom we had first contact and who helped us in picking a lot all the way to Hailey who helped us in designing our house's interior and exterior colors and textures have all been fantastic in their customer care and professionalism. The design center is on the main road going into Logan out of Sardine Canyon and is the heart of creating a new home with Visionary Homes.
