Advena Living of Clearwater — Local services in Ninnescah Township

My sister was placed in Advena, about a year now. She moved into assisted living, but health issues she had to move to the nursing home, temporarily, while she healed, and a few short weeks, she was able to return to assisted facility, which she prefers. She has been in different facilities for 15+ years. #1 all residents are genuinely happy. #2 The staff at both places, are phenomenal. #3 They worked with her in the nursing home just two weeks and they was able to move her back. That's an amazing place. Each staff member is treated well, and treats well, so no massive turnover rate in their staff. #4 My grandson and I went to have Thanksgiving meal, 11/20/24, Each and everything prepared was the best I had ever had, not a lie nor an overstatement. My uncle stayed there a few years ago and I always like the people all the staff. How wonderful now my brother is there and they are really good to him. They are caring and loving and they do the best they can. One they're short-handed. They sometimes take more time getting to the residents and helping them but they're always there when they can. They seem to be taking good precautions with letting people in. Asked many times if we are doing okay and if we needed anything. It's just sad that our new normal has had to come to this.
