I live in Point Pleasant,WV an me an boyfriend both at different times multiple times have got the absolute worst service from 1 employee Mary Payne she will be so rude an hateful an all she says is the amount owed an then she had your card/change back an say absolutely nothing to you an then slam drive thru window open hand food out. an when you walk in an order she is same rude as ever an then someone else walks in she completely different. Seriously considering not going back! She needs retrained or find...

Your Gallipolis Ohio location is terrible. I stopped eat inside due to the dining room area not being clean. Now the drive thru is very slow and the food is not worth the wait.
