I bought what I was told by a sales clerk Angie who I found out at my return visit was new and didn't know what she was selling me. I did a lot of research on the type of flooring I wanted to place in the basement and decided on the newer Pcp flooring which was difficult to scratch and would not be ruined if wet, could be rinsed off and put back down, It was going in the basement. Instead I purchased vinyl flooring with limited amount of pcp. Still being told it was scratch resistant and popular sale. Jay who was helping me with information about the 25 yr warrenty and he guided me to customer service for the exchange process. only to find out Jay was terminated, and Angie next( who was really taking my return personally and acted as if the return was coming from her pocket). Spoke to Joelle who then directed me to Barbara who looked at my complaint and photos and told me the in fine print not warranted for scratches and I could use a marker to hide them. questioned me if I had pets and that was that. Telling me they no longer carry the flooring, which was so popular in sales, and that was there policy. I told her that the product may be defective and then she stated I could send my remaining half box to them and have it tested for possible defect but I was likely to eat the floor because it passed first inspection. Would never buy again from a company who doesn't honor a product. LOWES would have taken it back. ...

Went in on a Friday looking for laminate that would somewhat blend or match my other flooring, due to an accident that damaged my kitchen floor. Justin waited on me, he was friendly and helpful which made me question one of the negative reviews I saw here..BUT WAIT...I bought a box, took it home and decided it would work..I called the store, no one answered (they were open), I left a message for Justin, giving him dimensions for kitchen and 2 bedrooms...I asked him to call me back with a quote and I would go to the bank the next morning and get cash for the flooring. I never heard from him. I went back in on Sat. with the $500 that I had roughly figured I would need...I asked for Justin, teasing him, I asked why he didn’t call me back...he replied “BECAUSE I WAS BUSY, LIKE I AM NOW”...I told him I could deal with someone else and he said “fine” turned around and abruptly left. The manager Jay stepped in to help me...I told him if I had been able to find what I needed anywhere else, I would have walked out the door. Jay apologized, was professional and took care of me quickly and efficiently. I was so angry ...here I am a first time customer with $500 in hand and he tells me he is too busy to help me??? Never again, CLEARLY that business needs to rethink the people they have representing the company.. NOW I UNDERSTAND THE OTHER...

I will update once I go to purchase, but this scouting expedition turned out to be educational, and the pricing is phenomenal!

UPDATE: I am updating this review to far less than 5 stars. I got my estimate once the measurements we're taken (which i paid for) and, after all the extras were tacked on, that I was not told about initially, the estimate for the purchase and installation was well over $5,000.00 more than I had been expecting and had been led to believe. I think they must be a bunch of crooks at this point. I gave two stars because one of the salesmen actually provided me with some useful educational...
