Website says if you order before 2:00 the item will ship same day. I place my order at 7:00 a.m. on a Friday never received a confirmation email with shipping so I reached out to company on Monday morning they informed me they've been having issues with warehouse filling orders then I get a specific reason for delay in shipping but was told item would ship following day. When I received the item the box was completely open and amp and wiring kit we're missing out of box and speaker box seem to be pretty beat up. Was informed there will be a 3-day waiting period while they do an investigation. I requested a return slip for speaker box and just switch out to a new set up because I'm assuming with shipping and box being completely open there would be issues with the box and speakers and just don't want to take a chance. They responded asking for detailed pictures of broken box which I cannot see but do not want to take a chance on having a damaged system that I happen to even installed in my vehicle yet. Have not reached a resolution yet, I will update review when I finally receive the items I paid for! I wish I would have looked at more reviews for website before purchasing because they do not have a good track record.
UPDATE** UPS and Hi-Fi sound did an investigation to see where the amp went missing. Someone from Hi-Fi sound stole the amp out of the box before shipping! And during the entire four week investigation hi-fi sound was blaming the missing amp on me representative even said"how do we know you didn't take it out of the box"!!! Read moreI have never left a bad review in my life. I've been a customer for a long time and I have referred a lot of people to them and those people have referred their friends. I purchase a refurbished 12 inch kicker sub, the first one was damaged so I returned it for a replacement the second one was defective as well. Now I have purchased this through eBay but they were contacting me personally via phone call and email wish I thought it was a little odd but I figure they were just trying to resolve the issue I spoke with at least five different associates and some of them gave me different options to resolve the issue but each time I had to explain everything untill I got a hold of "Len" he declined all of the other options given to me by other associates wich have been waiting days for each associate response, but Len could care less as he made it clear that he was above the other associates... while being absolutely rude and unprofeccional not caring about my concerns at all or anything I had to say for that matter I really hope they listen to the "Recorded Conversation". Customer service is everything specially for a loyal costumer. I was not being demanding nor unreasonable all I was trying to explain was that perhaps the packaging on the refurbished items wasn't protecting the speaker enough to handle shipping as it was just a box with very little bubble wrap for a 12" speaker sub. Read moreI didn't know what to expect with HiFi Sound Connection since I am a first time buyer, but I was introduced to a very professional customer service phone line which was very easy to use and get a hold of someone. Within minutes I was speaking with Albert, a very professional, knowledgeable, kind agent. We discussed features on a PA speaker and he was extremely helpful. There was a question we both had, so Albert on his own time wanted to reach out to the manufacture to check on a specific feature on the speaker that was in question. Albert called me back the next day and we continued to discuss. Now that is great customer service. He informed me of all their companies return and warranty policies as well as informed me of the best and most efficient way to purchase this PA speaker giving me some great options. If it weren't for Albert, I would not have purchased this PA speaker, but due to his knowledge, kindness, and help, I am confident in my purchased. Thank you Albert. I wish there were more customer service agents like you.
p.s. If you have to wait to speak to an agent which I did maybe once or twice, they give you a call back feature and Albert did call me back. So they have a great system and the highest professionalism. I am very happy to work with them again in the near future. Thank you...
