Bistro 160 — Restaurant in Missouri

Update: we had heard some good reviews so we went back to give them a second chance. We got the traditional breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and English muffin. It wasn't bad but bland. The English muffin tasted like chemicals and had a bad aftertaste. We wouldn't eat them. We did tell the server, we hadn't planned on her taking some off the meal nor did we ask but she did and that was nice. But something was definitely wrong. We want to live this place because it is close but we cannot like it after going twice. 😞 Our first time at 160 Bistro in Nixa. Service was fine. Food looked good but lacked flavor. This opinion is 100% personal. So overall, customer service was okay, I felt like our waitress was rushing us, she wasn't rude nor nice just plain, she just took our order and served our food, how it's supposed to be I guess. My plate came with fingerprints all around it. Coffee was good, hot and rich. I wish I'd liked my breakfast better, my eggs were good, corn beef okay, but the potatoes that came with were not good at all, flavorless and stale. The place was nice and clean and so were the bathrooms. This is a fairly new place in Nixa! It’s in the old Pizza Hut building. You would never know it was the former pizza place. Gorgeous open area with plenty of seating. Food was delicious!! I had the egg tacos. So yummy. Very very filling! I ate 2 and took the 3rd home in a box. It came with a choice of potatoes. I chose the sweet potatoes that were small cubes. So absolutely delicious!! My husband got the Belgian waffle with fresh fruit on top. He loved his food also. So very very nice to try a new place and to be pleasantly surprised how wonderful it was!!
