If I could leave no stars i would. The front desk/in office help is the worst I’ve ever seen. Anytime we’ve been in there she always has something to say about a previous customer. And once we even ask “I wonder what you say when we leave“ jokingly but a little serious as well. She cost My Husband an $8000 job because she wrote down the wrong color of sheets (for a job not related to the $8k job) tried to tell the owner of building that it was My Husbands fault because he didn’t check the sheets. That is not his job. He is the Erector. He doesn’t work in the office he doesn’t load the building! owner of building ordered an actual kit the owner of the building and sheet color was wrong ON HER END we know it was on her end because we are tying into an additional building as an add-on and he had the color sheet in front of his face when he placed the order…. and instead of taking accountability she trashes my husbands name. They had some words and My Husband is “banned“ well apparently she was in the wrong because her boss calls the owner of the building My Husband is putting up and says “would you please ask him what he will charge us to take those sheets off and replace them with the correct sheets” and cut us a $4000 check for HER mess up. I’m assuming she didn’t like being in the wrong so from there the next building comes along My Husband tells the guy hey I’m not going to be able to pick it up, so the guy calls her and she continues to run My Husband down. Costing the job. At some point I may have to get attorneys involved for slander. Don’t go to the Noble...
