Our Cub Scout pack placed orders with two different vendors this year for our crossover ceremony...we have ordered from both vendors in the past without issues. For the first vendor, when our order didn't ship on time we started checking and found widespread complaints in online groups that they had become difficult to work with, provided little to no communication, and caused many customers to cancel their orders and even file fraud charges. Our order was initially placed with a six week lead time and we were promised delivery in 7-10 days, but the order didn't arrive until less than 18 hours before the ceremony. We were furious, and our nonprofit group had to spend even more money just to have a backup plan ready for the kids.
By contrast, our experience with FirePoint Creations could not have been better. Their communication was timely and helpful, the order was shipped promptly and the results looked fantastic. Our scouts were very happy with their plaques.

Read moreI’m pretty sure something is going on with the business/owner. As previous reviews mentioned, the business is not responding to calls or emails. My story is pretty much the same as the others. I placed an order on 1/30 for six Arrow of Light plaques for a March ceremony. Called the next day and the owner was super cool, just said that he needed to fulfill February ceremony orders first, nbd. Fast forward to end of February and I realized they hadn’t shown up so I called, at least a dozen times over the course of several days, all voicemail. The business totally ghosted me.
If the business was at least professional enough to send a communication saying they were unable to fulfill the order I would’ve been fine and found another vendor, but no comms whatsoever and nothing posted on their Facebook. Terribly unprofessional.
If anyone is looking for a replacement vendor, I ended up ordering from Turner’s Gifts & Engravables and they did a phenomenal job and rushed our order...
