TERRIBLE experience with the delivery drivers. I ordered a dining table for my mother’s house.The two delivery drivers came to my Mother’s house and left the delivery in the front of the house. They told my mother that they could put the table together for her for $128. They told her, “ this is the type of things rich people order so we require a tip to put it together” Nobody told my mother this is the process??? After telling them that she didn’t have that on her because again, this was my gift to her, they proceeded to leave the property. My mother asked the two gentleman if they can atleast roll the extremely heavy furniture into the front door instead of leaving it outside where she had no way of getting it into her house. Again my mother is elderly. The gentlemen told my mother that they would only roll it in the house for a tip. Once she told them that she didn’t carry cash , one of the gentlemen proceeded taking a picture of my mother’s house and then the two gentleman told her they couldn’t help her and left . If you are delivering to this place I am suggesting strongly for everyone to stay away from this place, Arrived day before scheduled appointment and was told to wait until tomorrow,and then tomorrow first requested was to assist unloading and load was assigned “no touch to driver” , Place is unorganized and unfriendly!!!
