I was lied on despite the money me and my family spend in that store all because a manager there female it wasn’t Dawn all because at the drive through she was running her mouth with a customer never saw the customer purchase anything and after 15 minutes of waiting for her to serve me I honk my horn after that it took another five minutes for her to ask the customer to leave and the next week I went back to Leo’s to take my neighbor as I was getting ready to pull in a parking spot a white women was in her car on her phone she swung her door open not paying attention so I blew my horn to let her know I was there, the white woman got out her car yelling and cussing I never said a word to or never even got out of my vehicle, the person in my vehicle told her she doesn’t have to be so rude and that I was trying to get her attention so she wouldn’t hit my vehicle with her door he is also a white male, after he got done in the store I drove around to the drive thru to get my stuff and was greeted by a gentleman then he walk away and the same manager that I blew the horn at trespassed me and the people in the vehicle I called corporate and they were supposed to call me back and never did it’s coming up on a month later and still haven’t gotten a call back. However, I went in tonight..I grabbed the items I wanted. Once I made it to purchase my items I asked about getting 12 macarons, the female attendent (whose name I did not get), pointed to me that I could buy them by the box. Looking at the pricing I decided to grab one instead and verbally state that I will purchase one. All of a sudden she grabs 6 more and places them in a small bag, charging me for another six. I hesitated to say anything to her because earlier in line she was arguing with a customer and was already in a sharp mood when I approached her. I understand, it gets busy when understaffed but I was nice to her. I tried to tell her that I just wanted the one box but she stated "well you got a box of six so i have to get more" In a harsh tone.
I do not like confrontation so her attitude combined with how she spoke to a customer before me, made me not want to say anything in fear of her...
