Mister Softee Northeast Florida — Local services in Nocatee

We were so excited to try the new Mister Softee location in St. Augustine—and it did not disappoint! The menu has something for everyone: classic soft serve cones and cups, affogato, banana splits, milkshakes, floats, sundaes, and more.

Here’s what we tried: • Mo & I: Waffle cones with vanilla soft serve and the limited-time Blue Raspberry dip (so good!!). They also have chocolate and cherry dips on the regular menu. • Varreck: He’s still a little guy and can’t quite talk yet, but we could tell the raspberry Dole whip (served in a cup with a cone on top) was a bit cold and maybe a little too sour for him. I, on the other hand, thought it was delicious! • Everett: A double cone—chocolate on one side, vanilla on the other—dipped in chocolate. • Pregnant me: Went back for round two with a raspberry Dole whip waffle cone dipped in chocolate. 😂 And big bonus: I usually get acid reflux from ice cream, but this didn’t upset my stomach at all!

Cute little spot, plenty of parking, plenty of space inside. Very clean, well kept. Wall decor is pleasant to the eyes. There is a little corner with kids chairs and tables. Prices are fair $4 a cone. Lots of variety on the menu, (Sundaes, Shakes, Floats, Bananna Boat, Affogato) Looks like a family business mom and two tennagers I could be wrong, but I love small businesses! I LOVE MISTER SOFTEE!! I’m originally from NYC and Mister Softee is a summertime staple. Having it here in FL has been life changing! Oh and they now offer Dole Whips like the kind you get at Disney. The owners are great people and their daughter was managing the store that day. She couldn’t have been sweeter and even though the store was full, getting our order was a breeze.
