Sales associate was Dave. We now refer to him as Deceptive Dave because he told us repeatedly our furniture would arrive “any day now.” That was two months ago. TWO MONTHS that Turner Home had thousands of dollars of our money and we never got what we bought. The last straw was when Deceptive Dave got rude and condescending on the phone with my wife when she called to check on the furniture. Unacceptable. What is was aLeo unacceptable was that not once in two months did we get a phone call, text, or email from Turner Home with an update on our order. Yesterday we finally called for a full refund. We are done. Turner Home: have some integrity. Do not sell items you do not have or cannot get within a week or so, especially if it is not a custom order. And do not be rude to your customers, ever. New to the Turner Homes and absolutely love these stores. Drove by the World Golf store, stopped by (for a quick peek) and purchased my new living room suite! Went by the next day, found the perfect Christmas Tree and even received some great decorating ideas from a lovely lady who worked there. She was their interior design expert (I’m guessing). Had Adam and Brandon deliver a Yoder Wichita offset smoker to my house and place it on the back paver porch. Let me tell you this thing was heavy!!! They pulled it through the grass for about 50 yds and then we had to pull then lift it up on the back porch.
