EDIT: The first review was solicited moments after we left the store. Everything changed quickly after that. Our delivery did not come when we were told it would, nor did we receive a call telling us it would be on a different day. I called to ask and was told Zac would call me after he checked on it. He didn't. When I called again the next day he picked up the phone and hung it up, trying again at different times on different days. Same thing until I used my husband's phone to find out why our bed hadn't come. He answered then and said the part was in Champaign and had to be shipped. Champaign is an hour away, not 10 days, so that answer made very little sense. Once we got our bed, it has not lived up to everything Zac said it would. Now I have experienced a serious sewage flood, losing most everything, and I need to speak with someone there who can help me get a copy of our receipt or an estimate of what we spent. Again, no one is answering. Terrible customer service and bad beds. I am at fault as well. I should have stuck with the bed we wanted when we went in, not the very expensive model he sold us.
We had a great experience at Denver Mattress. Absolutely no pressure. The salesman was helpful, he listened to both me and my husband, and didn't try to steer us to something more expensive or something that wasn't right for us. We got exactly what we asked for and we got a great deal. We are very happy. I have never experienced such a kind and helpful salesperson as Zac was for us. While we haven't received delivery yet (just left the store) I am sure we will be very pleased with delivery and set up as well. They will even haul away our old bed as part...
   Read moreAdrian was an absolute amazing salesman!! We came in looking for a new bed and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He didn't "attack" us as soon as we walked through the door (as he was helping multiple customers) like most places. He introduced himself and let us try out whatever we wanted and if we had questions, he was right there to answer them. Adrian did a FANTASTIC job helping us find the bed that fit our needs and wasn't pushy or overbearing trying to upsale us on things we didn't need. We chatted like we were old friends catching up and learned a lot about him as a person and not just a salesman and that is very impressive and important to me. He got us all taken care but the next thing he did was completely kind and so heartfelt to me. I am having surgery this week and NEED this bed before then. There weren't any available times but he worked some magic and made sure that I would get our delivery before my surgery and that was above and beyond and so kind and helpful and he did it out of the kindness of his heart. Adrian is a wonderful employee; (we had been to multiple stores and none of them even came in close to the exceptional service we received from Adrian) he is the kind of employee that you should model all and future employees after. The deal we received was perfect and my husband and I are looking forward to our new bed. The service we received was even better and I can't say enough about Adrian and his work ethics and knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to help out a random customer.    Read moreMy wife and I were looking for a new mattress and tried several stores. Denver was the first place we looked and Matthias was super helpful. He asked about what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction, and was not "sharky" like the other salespeople we encountered. He was conversational but not pushy, providing input when we asked him and making the experience a lot more enjoyable than we expected. The other stores we went to were rude and pushy, trying to push us toward mattresses that we weren't interested in or showing little interest in us after we described what we were looking for. After two not great experiences, we went right back to Denver. Although Matthias wasn't there that day, we purchased the mattress we had discussed with him and wanted him to get credit for the sale because he did such a good job. The mattress protector we wanted wasn't in stock, but the other sales associate told us their truck was coming the next day, and we could stop in whenever we wanted.
