I bought a Panasonic big screen television from here ten years ago and it still is going strong, despite the smart features no longer being supported.

After that, I made the mistake of buying another television from a big box store to save a couple of bucks. That TV set didn’t even last a year before it no longer worked. You pay a little bit more upfront, but it’s a small price to pay considering you don’t have somebody offloading the television at the store by punting it off the back end of a truck. George and his team have been great to work with for the past 6 years. Very professional, listening to my wants and needs and having those fit my budget. There has never been any pressure to buy anything and I am always provided with answers that should George is listening to me very well.

Audio Concepts did an amazing job installing my wall mounted tv and my Nest cameras. Bryan was the technician who installed everything. He had to drill holes to mount my cameras and run the electrical wires, and he cleaned up after himself and puttied the holes so welI that I cannot even see them. He was very professional and courteous and went as far as downloading the app for my cameras on my phone, showed me how to use all the functions and even set up the perimeters for my cameras to cover. I hired him a second time to install carbon monoxide and fire alarms in my home and I experienced the same expert service. I would definitely hire this company again and have given references to my friends if they ever need...
