I had 3 watches that were not functioning; two had new batteries and the third needed a battery. I explained the problem to one of the gentlemen working there and he took the watches back to test them. A Timex watch (over 30 years old) had a charged battery; however the watch itself was in need of repair. The second watch, a Guess, had a dead battery and it also needed repair. The third watch, an Invicta, needed battery replacement.

The gentleman explained that the cost of having the watches repaired would cost more than they were worth (unless I wanted to spend the money for sentimental reasons). He also explained that store-bought batteries often are not rotated, and are therefore not fresh. One of the batteries I had replaced myself was in this category.

The battery in the Invicta watch was replaced and I was charged only for that battery replacement. The other two watches were returned.

He could have easily recommended the watches be fixed, which would have been costly; but he did not. I appreciate his honesty and would recommend Tower Square Jewelers without reservation. The next time I need a new battery or any other jewelry-related issue, I will not...

In this age of digital marketing and reviews I thought it was about time I wrote a review. I have bought jewelry from John for over 20 years. Each and every time the experience has been awesome. I just took his workmanship and talents for granted. I expect great service, a great product, and value for my dollar. Well, I just bought my wife an eternity diamond ring for our 35th wedding anniversary. John & Adam absolutely knocked it out of the park. The diamonds selected were top notch, the color, clarity, size, cut of each individual diamond is breath taking. The setting workmanship is remarkable. It is not easy to select 14 individual diamonds all within a specific size and to hit all 14 in the E color range, VS1 rated with half of them GIA certified. I would question any negative review written about John & Adam as they stand behind their work. I HIGHLY recommend their services if you want a great product at a great value. The jeweler is a family owned business dedicated to giving the best selection of jewelry and professional repairs. They can design gorgeous pieces of jewelry and make anything the client would like to have done. For example, I lost my diamond in my engagement ring. The setting was fragile. MyThe suggestion was to put it into my wedding band for more stability because I never take my wedding bands off. My husband bought me a 25 year anniversary band at the jeweler which did not fit well with my wedding band. The outcome was to wear my 25 year band on my pinkie finger.
