My experience with Bob's Custom Meats was fantastic! I walked in to pickup our order and a friendly young lady greeted me at the front counter. I paid her for our order and she gave me a itemized receipt for our order, which is nice to have. Then she quickly rounded up our order and rolled it out to our car. I bought a half cow hanging weight 1100 pounds. My half was 550 I ended up with around 275, I fill my order was short about 25 to 30 pounds. I know I did not get all my meat. My brisket was only 7 pounds. There is no way a 7 pound brisket came off of a Cow of this size!! Grace tried to justify the weight by saying it was all Fat. While working here in NE, I purchased steaks from Bob's Custom Meats. They were very likely the best steaks I've ever enjoyed. I froze them and took them home to Buffalo NY, sharing them with family and received rave reviews from everyone. I am returning to Bob's today for more of the same. Also, his shop makes a homemade Czech sausage called Jaternice which was excellent as well. I highly recommend Bob's Custom Meats.... it's worth the drive if you don't live...
