Very terrible service. More a restaurant then a bowling alley. We waited 25 minutes just to get started on lanes that were empty. Staff messed up our orders, didn't even bring our food on time. Was in the building 35 minutes before being asked what to drink. We paid for music on the jukebox and it was loud music up until a Spanish song played then music was turned down then went up when English music played again. They also made us pay for 4 extra games that no one knew where or who they came from. The owner also let people vape inside while children were everywhere. This place was the worst. I'll never...

Horrible experience! Usually this place is great but they have turned their focus more towards the bar and being a restaurant. They charged for bowling games that were not played. Did not have time to help us when we had problems bc they were playing restaurant. After we paid for the extra games another customer started an argument with us that had nothing to do with her but they asked us to leave after spending almost 300 dollars on terrible bowling and poor customer service. Great time! We came with a church group on a Friday night. Poor Kelly was running around really hard when we got there, but she was doing a great job and had a great attitude through it. Super accommodating and helpful and I would definitely recommend it! Thanks...
