I received flowers for my birthday from my sister and her family. My sister was trying to surprise me. She was very upset to hear that the floral company called me to set up the delivery as with other companies they just deliver the flowers and usually catch them off guard. But I was still extremely happy and surprised to be getting flowers. The lady on the phone was very nice. But the flowers I received didn't look the greatest. They also don't "smell" like flowers from a floral. When my sister got to my house she was disappointed again bc the arrangement of flowers wasn't the one she ordered. These flowers aren't even a week old and they are dying. They started dying 3 days after I got them. They are just carnations and daisies. I've been changing the water and cut the stems.
