On a Saturday ride our group stopped in 1st time. Definitely not expecting what we did. Inside surroundings were beautiful with a up north cabin feel, very bright and welcoming. Ordered a few beers and waters with bread sticks for appetizers. They were warm and soft with home made ranch and pizza sauce for dipping. Our little one (who also rides) had a personal ham and cheese pizza, where mom had buffalo wings with buffalo and garlic parmesan dipping sauce while I had chicken strips... a nice light snack. Pudden let me try a piece of her pizza which made us decide we must come back for a full one! Excellent flavor and crust! Definitely something to push heavy! My chicken strips were cut chicken breast breaded which would be what you would want! Great flavor as well. Mom's wings were just as good with a nice kick from the buffalo sauce.... only problem was the parmesan sauce would be more suited for shrimp as it was more of a dredge than a sauce. All in all our server was awesome, except with the mask mandate we couldn't see her pretty face to match her out going personality. Definitely a stop added for another bike ride. Read moreI am disappointed to say after 5 plus years of attending this restaurant and enjoying it greatly everything from their burgers to appetizers fish dinners in the past quesadillas brisket mac and cheese drinks service and atmosphere has always been great but after attending this restaurant tonight yes it was a late stop after a baseball game that we had in North Branch I ordered the three-piece pan-seared cod dinner the three pieces of fish I received were roughly the size of crab legs the baked potato was good we ordered an appetizer of deep fried pickles we were told the first order was overdone and they were willing to cook a second order it would just take extra time we appreciated this greatly but when we received the second order of deep fried pickles the batter was still uncooked in between the pickles the pickles were clumped together and the pan-seared cod I ordered was very small roughly the size of three large crab legs at this point I was just very disappointed and just wanted to pay my tab! Unfortunately I do not think we'll be attending this restaurant anytime soon...
Read moreAfter our other in town restaurant closed, we stopped in here while passing through. The place was clean, well illuminated, and appropriately decorated for its provenance with many historical images of Noth Branch inside.
Our waitress was outstanding and had a good menu understanding and suggested two plates for us for dinner. They were very good and we were not disappointed. We'll be back again I am sure.
12-2019 update.... A packed house, still great food and great service. We waited 20 minutes for a table on a Saturday evening. If that doesn't indicate a good place to go then...
