Terrible dealings, I live far away and I deal online, so Jacob Grubski is the guy the deal was made with and he claims this is his store and he is a representative and sponsor. made a deal for a item and then he backed out to sell to a local buyer after we had made the deal. Then I offered to pay more and he wanted 50$ more....so rather than fight him i agreed and decided id pay it through business in paypal so I'm protected as a buyer. Then he said he wanted it Friends and family, which in that case i would not be protected in buying his item. Then he demanded we make a deal or it was being sold elsewhere to another. And said it being sold to another after we had made a deal is just "business" I dont know about you but if this is the business this guy runs then dont deal with this dishonest guy. If i had known this guy was this bad I WOULD HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH HIM. If this is his store dont waste your time, I hope you read this and ask the guy about it and remind him about it. I have all the screeshots of the converstaion as well. He also claimed and I quote "You do realize I am an online rep for a store right? I would never jeopardize my status here nor locally. We sponsor ton of teams and if they heard that we scammed someone we would never get anywhere. " so if he did deal honest i wouldnt have spent my personal time to type this. I hope people that support him read this and know about this deal. If he represents you then get a new rep. This guy is terrible. Overall shady deal and dishonest person and not worthy to rep. This is pathetic and...

Do not even take the gamble! Came here with my brother and he bought a 300$ gun and I bought and 400$ used one. My brothers gun did not even work out the box. My gun stopped working the next day. I bring it in the following day for repair. They tell me 1-2 weeks for repair, and they offered to swap out my brothers gun and he had to pay a difference for a better gun. (They never gave me this option)

I have been calling for 5 weeks checking in on the gun. The first week they tell me another week, no problem. The second, they give me the run around about having too many guns in for repair with no one to repair any at the moment and tell me another week. Third time I call, they tell me another two weeks because the tech has alot of gun to go through at this point it’s getting annoying. Fourth time i call, i ask for the manager and he tells me the gun is next in line and will be done this week, I left my phone number with a manager and he told me the boss was going to call me this week if the gun wasnt done. I got no call the whole week and at this point i want my money back. I called for the fifth time today, they tell me the gun isnt ready and they have to order parts for it and that is gonna definitely be a while.

I have never went through customer experience this bad. If the owner/boss/management is seeing this email me asap to get my money back. I still have my receipt...

Wide variety of airosft gear new and used. Trade in policy is Par for the course but I couldn't find buyers for my stuff even at already deflated rates. So, dumped it all off here. Best way to describe this store. A fat flea market. BUT it's all mostly serviceable and useable airsoft gear. I've been twice and spent hours digging through stuff to find bits and bobbles I need to fix other stuff. Only reasons i cant give 5 stars are. A: They need a BB catch for when they test fire guns. I assume they will make one eventually after all, all you need is some pvc pipe and a bucket. Or even a box with a hole for the Chrono. But right now. No BB catch, I understand they were using a soft backstop. But still. Safety. B: the markup is high, and they'll admit it's high. A fair bit of inventory is actually priced higher used than it would be new. Namely stocks, and some other external parts. A saw a few internals priced as such as well but far less. Overall good place to shop, especially if you build your own stuff. Will totally change this to a 5 if they ever get land...
