My husband and I took our 3 kids today February 8th, to the Monster truck wars. For the most part it was fairly enjoyable. The kids enjoyed it as well. What wasnât enjoyable was the 4 wheeler/ATVs. At first we thought it was going to be pretty neat until it clearly became about adult âdramaâ and battle of the sexes with only one female driver whom needed to make a point to mention she was. The ATV event ended up being 5 events in total with the âNC captainâ ATV rider flipping the âFL captainâ ATV driver off after their one on one race. We came for a family friendly event for our children. Not inappropriate behavior like that. The Monster trucks; Shark Attack, Trex, Outlaw, and Sheriff were clearly not on the same tier. Shark Attack and Outlaw were clearly predetermined to âwinâ. Trex and Sheriff were lackluster in their performance as if they were instructed to not âpreformâ well. It was blatantly obvious both held back. Itâs extremely frustrating to see that type of behavior as well. All in all we unfortunately will not be attending Monster...

It was too deep with too many weird slopes to be good for dressage. We will likely not travel all the way from NJ fir dressage regionals again. The footing needs to be addressed and there are plenty of better places. We love Virginia. Tryon would...
