Upper Cascades Falls and Rock Garden Trail is a 0.8 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Danbury, North Carolina that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. This trail begins at the west end of the visitor center parking lot, located at 1005 Visitor Center Drive, at the wooden handrail. The trail immediately crosses Hanging Rock Park Road. Highly recommend. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is best used from January until February.
