Enterprise Rent-A-Car — Local services in North Charleroi

This particular Enterprise Rent A Car is very unsympathetic and uncaring of time schedules and time constraints, needs of customers.

This is the worst Enterprise Rental agency I've ever spoken to. The want to tell you what they will do, no sale offers, almost a $1,000, just let them tell you what you'll get, change your schedule by half a day with a happy voice, place your money in their back pocket.

The sale ads online are a lie.

This location is a disgrace to customers paying a high premium with $1,000, demand to know where a customer works, asks a multitude of personal questions, cares nothing for the customer.

They work for a high pay but provide nasty attitude and change your schedule to suit themselves. They want a raise and several reports of the same are resounding.

No service, not polite, interrogate customers, change your schedule to suit their convenience for $1,000 or more reservations.

It's seriously a disgraceful location.

We got a rental car there gas tank was on empty...so guy ran down put gas in it and brought it back. When we got in the car it was only 3 quarters full of gas which i didnt think anything of it because they keep track of miles. Well unfortunately that isnt the case because when we took car back we told them about gas and he pretty much called me a liar and proceeded to withdrawal $30 from are bank account for a hAlf tank of gas we used.. but in all reality we only used a quarter tAnk of gas...what they dont know is i drive for work so i pay attention to gas and miles all the time thats how i caught it........ We also recieved a car with a bad tire and we had to go back to get a different car. If anything they should of gave us money back for the inconvenience. I wont go back there ever again. Do yourself a favor and tAKE a picture of gas tank and miles so your not ripped off or dont go there. I think the guy wanted to...

So I saw this lady driving off the lot in a dodge van on a Friday. It seemed as if she was meant to drive that van. Almost as if the VAN was made for HER. So, all I really have to say, I believe this company does an outstanding job in placing people in the cars that best fit their individual style and needs. Very highly professional staff and short wait times. Would highly recommend to anyone who would like to live a life full of uncharted and unparalleled adventure such as the joys of experiencing the same old drive in a different ride....
