I walked into this establishment today to buy apetamin, grabbed two bottles and walked to the front counter. Upon getting to the front I was advised I could t use my card for the purchase. Apparently this was the only thing in the store that couldn’t be purchased with a card. Have driven 35 mins away I was flabbergasted I would have to leave and come back and also receive atm with drawl fees. Speaking to my sister in the telephone I said this is an inconvenience and stupid that I would have to leave and come back. Before getting to the door I noticed the atm which the store associate mentioned nothing about attempted to get money out only for the female to advised she would not check me out and I would have to wait until Kathy returned. Which makes absolutely no sense. Then on top of that the associate advised I clearly couldnt read as there was a sign indicating it was cash only. I was totally shocked she’d stayed this to me and advised I was in the telephone and never looked at any signs just simply grabbed the product. I wouldn’t recommend any one to go here. I was never offered an apology or anything. This is what we call bad customer service, which makes it hard to support other black owned businesses when your not valued as a customer or treated with respect. We were visiting Charleston today and we had the pleasure to visit this little holistic gem. Upon entering the store I noticed it said no cell phones allowed inside the store. I had my cellphone in my hand, but I respected the sign and I did not take any pictures. The lady that helped us told us her name was Comfort. She was very helpful and she answered all of our questions. We bought the recommended products and she gave us a card to buy things online. I asked her about some other spiritual things and she responded all your answers are already within you. I said, that’s confirmation. She was very soft spoken and her spirit was very sincere and strong!! She said, a lot without saying very much during our whole engagement with her. Confort is very wise and she knows her stuff when it comes to these herbs and holistic healings. I would definitely recommend that if you’re in the Charleston area to put this shop on your radar and enter it in your GPS. You can find all types of holistic herbal care products and spiritual supplies in this store. She has the intention candles and other essential items all inside waiting for you to visit her shop. First and foremost this store has saved my life. My health was in trouble and I have literally tried everything to help my issue and nothing or no doctors could help me. But this place is Amazing!! The young lady and her Mother was very honest are very intelligent people when it comes to health and proper diets, most people just get you to purchase stuff and not care about the person....my personal eating habits have changed, I for one care enough about my health that I share the knowledge of being healthy to others, everyone I work with told me I look better, I feel amazing, and I will forever be a customer and they always have a great attitude.
