Do not go here. I paid a large amount of money for bracelets about 2 months ago. I looked down the other day and one fell off. I emailed the owner and asked for her to replace the bracelet since I spent so much money on these and put my money into the quality she claimed. She told me there was nothing she could do besides 20% off a new one. I should not have to pay for a mistake that was not my own. The bracelet should have never fallen off after only 2 months. The owner claims that they are "long term and durable." However, they are clearly not and she will not replace it and fix her mistake/bad quality product. I have had permanent jewelry on from Jeweliana Jewelry now for over 2 years!! Three weeks ago, I was devastated when I noticed my one bracelet fell off that I had from when I hosted Galentines Day at my house (jeweliana also does house parties!) It ended up turning up and she was in Manayunk for a pop up which is where I live, so I stopped by to have it reattached (for free too!!) and I couldn’t help but add a third bracelet. Devon came to our house for my mom’s 60th party. She did a wonderful job and we love the bracelets we got. When my mom had an appointment she couldn’t wear jewelry for, Devon happily reattached the bracelets after her appt. Then when mine ripped off about a year after getting them, she scheduled an appointment with me within just a day or 2 of messaging her, was super flexible about time, and happily reattached my 2 original bracelets and converted a beloved bracelet into a permanent piece.
