I am a diehard Wawa fan, not just because the hoagies, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee are all amazing, but also because every Wawa consistently has the same great quality! Every Wawa has the same great customer service, personable sandwich makers, high quality food sitting out, and fresh coffee. The company culture must be great, as people who work there seem far too cheerfully for it to simply be an act. They're polite and great outward representatives of the brand. Today I stopped in and ordered a ham club but when I went to eat at lunch there was no ham one it like what’s the point of the club at that point. At least for me. Finally the store manager Sean assisted her but was extremely rude to her in front of a line of people. He showed her how to fix the issue but was banging on the screen as if he was irritated.
