Skill: Each class has customizable workouts and whether you're just getting started or already have the shred of your mirror selfie dreams, you can find the right challenge for you.
Facility: Outside has great parking with ample spots, even if it gets busy. Inside has just about every piece of workout equipment you could need and all in great condition. Gym is well kept, tidy and clean.
Workout: The perfect challenge every time, all thought out and planned for you! The classes are artfully crafted to maximize the time you are there, with little set up or take down time from you which leads me to my next point...
Coaches: Simply the best! The coaches are constantly helping you with form, finding the right weight or equipment and making sure your workout goes smoothly. I can't stress enough how nice it is to go through an ~hourish workout and have to put in minimal set up and take down for each station. I think if I had to set up each station myself the time in the gym would double, and as someone who values time and efficiency, I'm glad Sweat Bar does too!

I wanted to give a shout out to Sweat Bar Fitness. From the time I first expressed interest in joining, the owner Chad has been awesome. He made sure to connect with me on a call before my first class to make sure it was a good fit for what I was looking for, He took his time to listen to me and what I was looking for and to help me understand what they could offer. I joined for their trial and was nervous going in, but from the moment I walked in everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Literally a group invited me to join them right from the start. Chad knew one of my concerns having never been formally trained was form and he & Coach Jaden were there to answer any questions. Coach Jesse was great Friday night too (and his wife was awesome too). I could not have asked for a better culture or vibe. I think I have found a place that I will look forward to working out! I explained my fitness goals with him, and after speaking with him at length, I decided Iād give his gym a try.
I wasnāt entirely sure what to expect from it, but over the last year and a half, it has become a part of my life. If you go to Sweat Bar long enough, you become a part of community. The trainers and members create a welcoming atmosphere, where you can be sure you wonāt be judged, regardless of where you may be in your fitness journey.
Unlike your standard gyms, thereās no thinking revolved around what exercises to do. The trainers all do an excellent job of constantly evolving the workouts, and changing up the exercises to keep from your fitness becoming monotonous. They offer classes all throughout the day, making it easier to work fitness into everyoneās busy schedules.
