Flowers By Bert & Peg — Local services in North Kingstown

Normally I order flowers for my mom for Mother's day, her birthday etc from Teleflora. This was the third year in a row they messed up the delivery and had it set for a week later than it was supposed to be and I didn't find out until the day BEFORE mothers day despite having ordered more than 10 days prior. I tell that part not to down that online service, but for context on why its important to commend you on a job well done. In a desperate search for local flower delivery, you guys came up in the search listings. Everyone I had spoken to or had checked online with didn't have anything available for several days after mothers day. And while you guys didn't have an opening for Mother's day either (to be expected with a last minute order), you did have Monday available. Not only did you deliver when you said you would, the arrangement she received was worth evey single penny. Thank you for saving Mothers day for us both. You guys rock and I will never use anyone but you again for floral...

I did not buy any flowers from Bert and Peg. But I am giving them a 5 star review for their knowledge, their helpfulness, and their integrity.

I was trying to buy some flowers for a funeral that I would be attending in the area and found Bert and Peg by Google Maps. An initial email inquiry and a subsequent phone call resulted in Bert and Peg telling me about the cemetery's funeral protocols that neither me nor the family of the deceased knew about. In fact, Bert and Peg had told me about protocols that both the cemetery and the funeral home had failed to inform me of. I had to call the cemetery back to confirm what Bert and Peg told me.

So in the end, I didn't buy any flowers due to cemetery protocols. However Bert and Peg saved me and all the other funeral attendees and the family of the deceased from the same trouble. This is the knowledge, helpfulness, and integrity I was referring to.
