Big rip off. Prior to taking my Bally 5000 Plus, I called him and asked how much it would cost to fix and was told $320-$350 max if they fix everything including putting in a new power supply. I dropped off the slot machine, and was notified after a week that it was ready. Upon picking it up, I received a very unpleasant surprise of a bill of $480. When I stated I did not expect this much, Alan arrogantly responded that he also did not expect that. He fixed only the lock, coin acceptor, and main CPU board. Second, I was told it would be done in 2-3 days (it took over a week). Third, the "work" done was very shoddy. They didn't even solder wires together, just twist and electrical tape.
