Worst place to gamble , I had a worker watch and see that I put $50 in a broken slot machine that had no sign it was broken, he takes out the stack and says he clearly sees the $50 bill I put in , and it won’t come out and says they have to do a full investigation even though he clearly sees that it ain’t my money , I haven’t got a call yet , you guys robbed me and even says on paper work is get 86’d I tipped the young man named Thomas $11 I buy a combo meal and while waiting I put a $50 in and it ate it , management etc hasn’t called yet it’s been 7 hours that was my gas money back home , I had to take a bus and walk 13 miles home . Because I was going to play $10 and pretty much break the change , you guys are a total disaster do you have any idea how hot it is . Went there with about 20 friends for Steeler football which we had told them we would be coming. The first week was good. This week was terrible!!!!!!! The employee there was rude. She would not turn on the game. Game started at 10, it was 10:15.she still would not turn on game. We had food orders in. We all had drinks... buckets, some gambling. We said we were going to leave. I cannot rate the food being as I didn't have lunch here today but I have seen patrons thoroughly enjoying a meal at Bourbon Street. Ivera was very polite and made me feel welcomed as soon as I arrived. I love the 30 or so high quality TVs in the lounging area. It's not all about gaming here.
