Went to this location to buy my daughter a new bedroom suit. Picked one out and scheduled it for delivery. My son and daughter had just switched bedrooms. My 15 year old son had a padlock on his door because sometimes when he is out, his sister takes from his mini fridge 🤪 Well, hanks delivery drivers thought it would be okay to call the police and DHS and proceed to tell them that I am locking my children in their rooms from the outside! Not to mention they were here FOREVER to put together a full size bed and a dresser. Spent over 2k in this store! The absolute WORST experience I've ever encountered! Called homeoffice. They do not even have a policy in place that says the drivers are to report things of this sort. So two boys in their 20s caused a HUGE unnecessary ruckus in my life over a padlock! We called about it but they basically said you have to call Hanks corporate and the lady from corporate said it's a painful process. Essentially telling us not to do it.
