Went to this location to buy my daughter a new bedroom suit. Picked one out and scheduled it for delivery. My son and daughter had just switched bedrooms. My 15 year old son had a padlock on his door because sometimes when he is out, his sister takes from his mini fridge 🤪 Well, hanks delivery drivers thought it would be okay to call the police and DHS and proceed to tell them that I am locking my children in their rooms from the outside! Not to mention they were here FOREVER to put together a full size bed and a dresser. Spent over 2k in this store! The absolute WORST experience I've ever encountered! Called homeoffice. They do not even have a policy in place that says the drivers are to report things of this sort. So two boys in their 20s caused a HUGE unnecessary ruckus in my life over a padlock! Its all over now but I will NEVER step foot back...

We love our dining room table we purchased from Hanks and the financing is very convenient. However our table was received with some damage and it's not easy to claim the problem. We called about it but they basically said you have to call Hanks corporate and the lady from corporate said it's a painful process. Essentially telling us not to do it. Also we have a warranty that needs to be claimed on a chair that came in dirty. Again, this process is not easy making me wonder if this warranty is even worth it. Great furniture not so...

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I paid for delivery and installation, but when my order arrived on August 20th, only 6 out of 8 pieces were delivered. It’s now been 2 days and I still haven’t received the rest of my furniture. I asked to speak with a manager and never got a response.
