Londonderry Village — Local services in North Londonderry Township

I called a few times and left messages with Jennifer as well as opened my heart up about my father. It takes time to fill out paperwork for admissions. Caring for an elderly parent and loved ones is an emotional stress and in a sensitive time where I was hoping for a resolution or at least a conversation, I would have appreciated a return phone call over an email stating that b/c my father was out of state they would not accept him. According to Londonderry’s mission on their website of providing supportive services in an attitude of love and servanthood and values of, cooperation, communication and respect, I wanted to let the community know that none of those were met with me.
