My mom and I recently found this company on social media, and thought it would be a great addition to our June wedding. When we initially called to inquire, the phone went to voicemail (which, fine everyone gets busy) and we left a message. Two days later, we received a call back stating our date was available, but he had “like 100 estimates to write” as if it was our problem we were inquiring for our date, but told us he would leave our date open since it’s first come, first serve as long as we sent the estimate in as soon as we received it. He sent over the estimate the next day, which I immediately signed and agreed to (and was accepted on his end), and he said that the payable form would come in 24/48 hours. Fine. I wait the FULL 48 hours and still no form. I ended up calling him- sent to voicemail. My fiancé called - sent to voicemail. My mom called - again, sent to voicemail. My mom and I sent emails as well. We didn’t hear back from this guy for a week and a half and he just now told me “the date has been booked up prior to acceptance” even though he accepted it prior with us over the phone??? Needless to say, It was a nightmare trying to book with this guy. We wound up booking another roaming cannoli vendor who responded almost immediately and had a seamless booking process and seems 1000x more organized...
