One Stop Hop Party Rentals — Local services in North Manheim Township

There are no words to describe how appreciative we are for One Stop Hop. We heard about their service through a referral and their website was user friendly. As an event planner, you understand that all of that means nothing if the vendor cannot be on time, deliver great products and give instructions. They did just that. They arrived early, set up all of the machines and gave us a detailed tutorial. They also left paper instructions and asked us to call them if anything.The best part of all is that they gave us such a nice gift, a bottle of champagne, that truly got the party started.

Our annual Fathers Day BBQ was such a success because of One Stop Hop (and Brooklyn folks can be hard to please). 🤨

The actual machines were a hit. As they suggested, EVERYONE loved the snowcone machine. Who would of thought? We used some adult beverages with the parents, such a perk!!! Kids played against their parents and their peers with the giant Connect Four. The hot dog machine really gave us much more flexibility with the grill. The cotton candy machine came on towards the end as a parting gift and the popcorn machine was available throughout the event.

We worked with One Stop Hop Party Rentals for our House warming ceremony around a month back and are very pleased & satisfied with the level of customer service. They treated us with great care and importance even though our order wasn't really a big one. From the beginning, Jennifer was constantly in touch with me over phone advising about various options available and came over personally at delivery time to oversee the setup.

While their equipment is very neat and clean without even a dent or scratch, their service is even better. They are professional, work late hours as needed, delivered well in advance to avoid tension for us and didn't rush us after the party for pickup. Since we were only a couple of miles away, the delivery charges were waived which is not a common practice in the market and the wine bottle was a surprise gift!

I happened to come across One Stop just about a week prior to a party I was having. From the second I emailed Jennifer, right through the end of my party at pickup, I was nothing less than pleased with my experience. The communication and guidance along the way in picking the size of the tent was commendable. I wasn’t sure if the size of the tent that they had would be able to accommodate all of my guests so they offered to bring an extra one with them just in case. I didnt ask for it, but you could tell that this is a business that takes their customers and their needs seriously. They arrived right on time for setup. All around they were just awesome! We rented a giant Jenga game as well which was a big hit for the kids. No doubt about it, we will definitely use them again for future events.
