Redner's Warehouse Markets — Local services in North Manheim Township

Sadly I base my review on years of shopping at Redners (it's close to home). The staff is friendly, I will say that, otherwise I struggle to find a positive. Checking expiration dates at a regular grocery store (vs discount grocery store) is something I don't think you should have to worry about (my mind is focused on NOT forgetting anything on my grocery list, not watching expiration dates) I've gotten home and realized what I just bought was expired or a day or two away from expiring COUNTLESS times. I've gotten produce that LOOKED good until opening the package at home & finding the underside to be spoiled..gray, discolored meat in the meat case, etc. All disappointing. I also feel that there has been the same selection of brands for YEARS. So I know if I see an ad for a new brand/flavor of something that I will probably NOT find it at Redners and I have to try somewhere else. Overall I've given Redners a more than fair shot and have been consistently disappointed. Being open 24 hrs is another positive I'll throw their way but there are 2 other 24 hr stores within a few miles so even that's a stretch. Sorry Redners, I give up on TRYING to be a...

Only giving one star because zero stars isn't an option. My wife and I decided to shop here last night, and things were fine throughout the store. We stopped at the deli case, and the young man working there was helpful and courteous. They have a decent selection of products throughout the store, and some good bargains. Our visit went from pleasant to horrible when we reached the checkout. We went to a line that was marked as open and my wife began loading the belt. About 1/4 of the way through, the woman working the express checkout started shouting at us that we had to leave that line. She couldn't be bothered to come over and explain, and when she finally did she was exceedingly rude. She insulted my wife, and was extremely unpleasant during the checkout. I'll never be spending my money at this location again, and I'm not sure if I will ever even visit another location. Definitely can't...

It is close 2 where we live. Always liked shopping at redners,since moving 2 the area.im glad 4 the store,being here...the staff (empl)has always been kind 2 me.In fact when not finding things,everyone I asked went out of their way 2 help me.fund what I needed. When we 1st went 2 this store in s haven,my grandson spoke out,na na it's backwards. We all laughed,he was5.now that we got use 2 things,as they r.&I've become familiar,All is OK. Thanks...
