I was referred to Dr. Nelson by a well-respected vascular surgeon who acknowledged that I showed evidence of varicose veins, but knew that my primary focus seemed to be the very dark and defined spider veins that I had been self-conscious of for many years. I was a bit nervous about making an appointment, but after having lost a bit of weight, I thought about how I deserved to do something "good" for myself.

First, let me say that the staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Making an appointment was quick and easy and I never had to wait more than five minutes for any appointment, once I arrived.

As for Dr. Nelson and her team, I can only say "THANK YOU" -- for educating me on every step of the process to "fix" my legs, and for not simply agreeing to address the spider veins. I never would have known that the procedure that most clinics perform would result in the need for repeat procedures because the underlying, more serious condition of my veins, hadn't been addressed. Now, almost a full year after addressing the root cause of the varicose veins AND the spider veins, my legs still feel great. This people are such a liar, I had my first appointment with them back on December 20, 2022. Not until today and just after many attempts from me trying to obtain results about my surgery, is when they told me my medical insurance won't cover the surgery and I have to pay out of packet $1,000 with no option for a payment plan. I lost 8 months of my time with this clinic, I had to go to many different appointments and using those irritated socks for nothing. I wish I would to know at front or at least long time ago so I could just go somewhere else where my insurance would cover.
