WIL1 Amazon — Local services in North Pekin

They came to deliver a package, i have a long driveway with a big drop on either side, they drove off the driveway into the dropoff, got stuck, DID NOT KNOCK ON MY DOOR TO INFORM ME, then proceeded to damage my property by trying to pull out their delivery truck with a two wheel drive ford f 250 which just put huge ruts and holes in my gravel which is on a hill causing 2000 dollars worth of damages until i told them to stop and call a tow truck, apparently, Olivia thinks that it shouldn't be that much money to fix a driveway even tho it costs 750 dollars per day for the proper equipment plus labor and material(2 tons of gravel and 2 tons of dirt) that has to be regraded and compacted. 2,000.00 is actually very cheap to fix this nature of damage. I have informed them they are not allowed on my property for any reason and they have continued to come up my driveway because their unprofessional drivers can't read addresses that are CLEARLY displayed on my mailbox on the road. I was told by Gavin and Olivia that they would take care of it, but they didn't. Instead they told me that my claim was closed... when i asked for contact info to someone that can help me with this situation, she told me, "sir this is a dispatch phone" so i asked again for a number, she told me she wouldn't give me a number. Very unprofessional and rude. I now have my packages dropped at a box in town. I would suggest the same if you live in a place that has a, in Olivia's words, 'scary...

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday April 30th 2023. Status of it has not changed since being scanned into this facility. And I have no idea whether or not I am going to be able to get my package or not. I'll be willing to change my review if I actually received my package. According to Google maps they are open 24/7. And yet they cannot get customers packages to them on time.

Update: it is now May 3rd. In my package is still yet to be delivered. Call Amazon's customer service. And they can't even contact the facility to make sure that my package gets out. All they will tell me is that my package is set for delivery. It is really messed up that Amazon does not have any inner corporate directory to contact their shipping companies. Like this one in North Pekin. They pretty much tell me that my only options is to get a refund or to wait for it to be delivered. If I could give a negative star on this delivery I would I would give it a negative 5 stars.

Update 2: they finally delivered my package at almost 5 night on Wednesday May 4th 2023. Seventy-two hours late when I talk to Amazon customer they didn't even have a inter-department directory and told me that they could not get in contact with this to shipping facility. But I did get my package it had two drivers tags. The first one was covered up with the driver that actually delivered my package. This tells me that the facility was playing around with my package...

Absolutely the worst customer service since this facility in Pekin was opened. I have contacted Amazon once or twice a week since August of this year about them not following delivery instructions. We area business with specific hours and they have tried multiple times to deliver after hours. When the 8ft barbwire topped security fence is closed. Wednesday, October 30 6:14 PM Package delivered to reception. Eureka, US They "Delivered October 30: It was handed directly to a receptionist or someone at a front desk. Signed by: Bob" How do you deliver to reception, to a person named 'Bob' when we don't have a reception or a person named Bob working here? Yesterday 11/12/24, while verifying things from home, I had Amazon call me about the package they were once again trying to deliver after hours, explaining to them that we were already closed as was the security gate(I checked our cameras). The Amazon employee on the phone told me that they would arrange for it to be delivered at 0600 this morning 12/13/24, two and a half hours later it is still showing that it is in 'North Pekin IL' waiting that it is not even out for delivery yet. You can't give them zero stars but they should close this facility as it is incapable of...
