My Check Engine Light was on and we had an idea as to why. I called very early this morning to see if they could diagnose and fix my car as soon as possible- I drive for work and need my car for daily travel. (can't be without a vehicle like most people) I was happy to hear that I could drop it off right away! I asked if someone could give me a ride back to my house, and the owner said, "Sure!" Mind you, it snowed a ton last night, but they obliged my every request. I called to check on my truck a couple hours later - only to be told the work it needed wasn't that extensive or better yet...not expensive! They recommended an oil change in the near future - that was all! Of course, I said to do it. The gentleman said he would even pick me back up to get my truck! My bill was less than I had even anticipated! Good conversation back at the shop was welcomed! I would highly recommend this shop for their quick turn-around, honesty and genuine care. I believe in supporting local businesses, and I'm happy to have tried this place when I really needed help - this coming from a woman who worked 18 years for a luxury auto dealer group and continues to work in the automotive...

I took my Chevy Impala in to L&M recently for a steering pump problem. L&M changed the Steering pump, still heard the noise I brought it in for, and later figured out that the noise was coming from the Rack instead. They had to install about 3-4 pumps, over the course of the repair, but I wasn't charged for those because it didn't fix the problem. The overall repair took about 2 weeks, because it was very complex and confusing. However, the back and forth through the phone was very annoying. When calling in to check on the status of my car, I was always told to call back later, or call in an hour, or something like that. I'd prefer if they would just have the details ready and kept me updated on the car. Call earlier in the days when you want details. Other than the communication, I'm very happy with...

The work has always been right the first time and Matt has always been more then fair with the cost of repairs. I have lived in the Town of Mukwonago for going on 20 years and have referred countless friends, family, and all of my neighbors. Everyone one of them would agree! If you would prefer to sit in a fancy lounge with Wi-Fi, feel free to do so as you will not find that here. But your car or truck will be fixed here on your first visit, for a whole lot LESS!!
