We live close and would choose them often for the convenience, purchasing $30-$50 with of food each time. The attitudes of the employees is terrible every time; they treat you like you are an inconvenience for choosing their establishment and always seem miserable...just so unwelcoming! The prices are so high for what you receive and food is not homemade. The ice cream is a quality brand but always crystallized, sometimes has a texture like it was melted & refrozen and tastes freezer burned.The last time we visited, they messed up our order but we didn't realize it until we were home. We called, explained what was going on, and they refused to do anything to help make it right. The employee went so far as to say that we "watched them put it in the bg" to imply we were lying or unable to locate food in an empty bag. We won't return. Really disappointed in the service. We live 3 mins from this place and called our order of 3 grilled chicken sandwiches and specifically asked for no mayo on one of them due to my dad having an allergy. We picked them up 20 mins later as they had told us too, then drove home to find that all the sandwiches(cold!) had mayo!! We called back at 8:03 and they said the kitchen was closed and everything was off. The girl who answered the phone didn't even remember that we had been in 3 mins earlier to pick up the order and we had to walk her through the order again!! So irritating! So now we don't have food to feed our family tonight bc the teenagers couldn't follow instructions!! On top of that the tomato they used is the smallest piece I have ever seen on a sandwich, worse than McDonald's. They need to hire better staff!! They always have a snobby attitude on the phone when you're ordering. Whenever I go inside I literally stand there for a few minutes being ignored until someone says "Hi." They can see people walk in, it's open concept there. Every time I go there, they don't acknowledge you when you walk in. I've watched them do that to other customers while I wait for my food. Last time it took 20 minutes just to make a salad. The time before they made my salad upside down, so when you open it, everything falls out. It takes them 30 minutes to make two subs and a side of fries...The food taste fine but overpriced.
