Losing a student is always tough, but Natalie went above and beyond today. I had somewhat of a vision of what I wanted to create, but don’t have the talent. So I brought to her a framed poem and cross as we wanted to send something the family could keep forever. She was on a delivery when I first arrived, but immediately called me back when I used the number on the door to see if they were open. When she returned, we discussed what might work, so I went to find the base of the vision. I found a planter and got it to her at 1. There was a small mishap (not the shop’s fault ar all), and a piece I had brought in to use earlier got broken while I was gone, but Natalie showed me immediately and went out to replace the item with an exact duplicate, and then to top it off, she created a beautiful masterpiece that represents the love from our school to the family AND she delivered it for me to the funeral home since my daughter had a medical appointment in Dallas. She did ALL of this within 3ish hours and would not allow me to pay her because she felt so bad about the broken piece, (remember though she replaced it and it wasn’t her fault). Then, I forgot to leave her the card with the gift, so she took care of that too. I was blessed to find her today, and she will now be my forever florist. Please give her an opportunity to be yours because I can’t fathom ever finding a florist who cares more for her customer and takes such pride...

I’ve not regularly needed florist services until recently, so had no reference for expectations. However as of the last year or so, I’ve ordered flowers for various friends/family occasions approximately five times. Moving forward, Blush will be my go-to for flowers for as long as they’re in business due to customer service genuinely being above and beyond, every single time. I was fortunate enough to catch the owner once when needing to call the shop in lieu of website order (web order is super easy btw; my preferred ordering format). She was extremely friendly and so helpful. I’ll say she left a great impression as I could quite literally feel her passion for creating awesome flower arrangements for those lucky enough to receive them just beaming at me through the phone. Prices are average (I assume they are average; definitely cheaper than 1800 flower type shops) but service and quality is above average/excellent. Only doing this review now because I received an email today reminding me I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday this time last year…. Thank you for saving the day on the one! It’s also the only email I’ve ever received from Blush outside of order confirmations - I appreciate any business that doesn’t spam or sell my info to spam....

I stumbled upon this business the other day when I decided to try and get a little center piece made up for an Anniversary Dinner I was preparing later in the day.

I had called about 4-6 other local florists looking to find some white Calla lillys, many let me know it was a premium item and generally that they didn't carry it in stock without some advance notice (totally understandable!).

I called Natalie @ Blush Floral, and lucked out on a day where she was en route to the wholesaler, and she said she'd check it out and give me a call back.

This lady not only called back, but kept in constant contact as she stated she would throughout the entire process, something I greatly appreciated. She also threw together a wonderful arrangement in no time!
