5 stars isn’t enough for Gone to the Dogs! We’ve been bringing Tucker here for 4 years now, and every visit is paws-itively perfect. Erin Milliman is a wizard with scissors—seriously, I think she might have gone to Hogwarts for grooming. Tucker struts out looking like a show dog and somehow even happier than when he walked in. The shop is friendly, clean, and full of tail wags. Tucker actually gets excited when we pull into the lot—which says everything. If you want your pup pampered by the best, this is the place. Thank you, Erin, for making every visit so special!

Erin and the gang at GTTD's makes sure my Terrier gets the service and attention he needs. Home town feel salon with professional stylists. I highly recommend Erin for a long hair dog cut. She never disappoints! The prices are very fair for the product and they are usually ready for pickup within 4 hrs or so. Sometimes sooner. And the cherry on top is the adorable bandana Teddy gets to wear home!

Kaila did an awesome job with my American Eskimo, Ollie, for the first time he was groomed without me nearby. He looks great, smells great, and wasn't the least bit traumatized. Looking forward to taking him back again and would highly recommend Kaila!

I don’t write reviews often. But this is definitely deserving of NO STARS.

I’ll preface this by saying his last groom was terribly rushed. They were closing early due cancellations. And when I got my dog back he still had a knot on his head. It was easily brushed out when I got him back myself. The cut overall was good.

that was 7 weeks ago

I had to go an extra week this time because they didn’t have any appointments.

Today they called me to let me know about “sever” matting. I was aware he was in need of a shave under his ears it’s typical for poodles. However over the phone the lady was just rude and telling me he was muzzled last time he came in too. Which I WAS NOT AWARE OF. He has never been muzzled before in his life.

I had a gut feeling and told the person dropping him off to just leave and I’ll find somewhere else.

I thought about it for a few minutes and decided to go ahead with the appointment he was needing a bath and groom. And it’s hard to find availability. I went against my better judgement. But I figured it wouldn’t be that bad.

She said she’ll do the best she can and forced me to sign the waiver and pay an extra fee for matting.

I got a completely SHAVED DOWN DOG. This was done out of spite because I was going to leave. I’m not one of the owners who neglects there dog and there is matting to the skin. He is regularly brushed. He has tight curls however you can still easily separate his hair and brush down to his skin. There is no EXTREME MATTING. I have been praised by other groomers for how well I maintain his coat.

They are purely lazy and didn't give my baby the time of day. I will never be returning to this place and recommend none of you large poodle and doodle owners to...

I LOVE Gone to the Dogs! I always take my dogs here for grooming, and I am PICKY. One of my dogs is blind and deaf, and she is always very well taken care of. The groomers treat my dogs with love and care, and they always listen to any special requests I might have. Prices seem good for all of the work they put into their grooming; self-washing is also available, but I haven't used that option. If possible, I would deduct a quarter of a point because you can't add a tip to a credit charge; you have to have cash if you want to tip. Slightly annoying, but not a huge deal. If my dogs are...
