There are truly endless wonderful things to say about Furry Haven! From day one, Jennie and the entire team have been so loving, attentive, and kind to both us and our little Daisy. You can feel the care the moment you walk through the doors; every dog there is clearly being looked after with genuine love. 💕

We’re not sure who loves it more, us or our Daisy. She gets so excited when we pull up, and she always comes home happy and content from a fun day with the other dogs.

The people are friendly and the place is fine, but our puppy looked like he had been groomed with a weed whacker. His head had bald spots and his fur was all different lengths everywhere. I was so hopeful they would do a good job, but it was awful. I have trimmed him up before and he is mellow and easy to deal with, so they can’t blame it on the puppy. If I owned the place, I wouldn’t have charged a dime for his cut. It was that bad. Also, when I bathe him at home, I use a conditioner and he is so soft and fluffy afterwards, when I picked him up, he felt like he was bathed in chalk. His fur had like a weird coating and he wasn’t nearly as soft as when I do it myself. Sadly disappointing. I really like supporting local businesses and it’s clean and in a convenient location, but based on my experience, not the place to go...

You can drop off or pick up your dog any time, day or night, using a secure, video-monitored setup, separate from the main boarding area. The process is seamless—just enter a code to the outside door, find your doggy suite, put in that code, and place your pup in their own locked kennel, and know they’re safe with constant camera surveillance.
