Probably the worst hospital visit I ever had. I have hemophilia and told the intake nurse, and told him I need to be taken as a priority bc I could have internal bleeding etc he said it didn't matter and I needed to wait, not that I'm against waiting but in these cases waiting for me could mean life or death. I even showed him the ER note that my hemotoligist gave me to present to ERs telling them that im too be treated as a high priority, nope it didn't matter. He was a terrible unempathic nurse. The doctor was ok, but discharged me before my stool tests came back, no pain meds given in hospital, no fluids as I was dehydrated. Nurse took the IV out with no gloves. Ct tech started saline flush on machine without unlocking iv line so pressure built up before she said "oh" and unlocked it causing extreme pain from it being shot in my arm. Most terrible experience and lack of care I've ever received. Will be talking to an attorney regarding it. Especially bc of the non glove use pulling the iv out, I didn't want his nasty fingers touching my wound. The lack of pain medication as I was in debilitating pain. I had colitis and C diff and the stomach pain was unreal. No fluids as I mentioned, I told them I was dehydrated. The absolute worst...

Special thanks to MJ in security and Dr. Bruce MacLeod. You turned what was an awful morning into a much better day and we are glad we chose...
