I’ve been to many dealerships throughout the United States over the years, but I’d rate this one @ the tip-top of the heap. Every single staff interaction I had, from the service writers (DAVID & CARA), to the technician (PAUL), who was largely responsible for my repairs and the parts guy (GRAYSON), was exceptional. Even the guy cleaning the driver‘s lounge! Proficiency, efficiency and professionalism at its Apex. Clean, modern and humongous area upstairs that contains the driver‘s lounge, which has a state-of-the-art and gigantic wall-mounted flatscreen TV,, a free shower, a freei washer and dryer set-up, a pool table, a free state-of-the-art coffee machine that dispenses every type of coffee you can think of, even hot chocolate. There’s also an impressive vending area that even contains frozen treats, such as many different types of ice cream and many different types of drinks kept in an unlocked see-through fridge. Simply pick what you want and scan the barcode and pay at the kiosk located beside the fridges. They also have booths in the vending area where you can sit and eat, charge your phone or laptop or whatever, or do computer work. I was so comfortable they damn near had to throw me out! On Sept 8 2021, I took my beautiful 40 foot diesel class A motorhome here just for a state inspection. It only had 32, 730 miles on it. They wrecked it in their own parking lot, both sides. Fortunately, the lady driving it was not hurt. When the acting service manager showed me the damage, the motorhome sat right behind their body shop. I expected them to fix it, because their website says they repair RV's. In Nov 2021, I received a phone call from their insurance company saying that if I could find a place to fix it, they would send it there. I called three places and they all turned it down. In fact, two of them (Valero and Bonnell) had already been contacted by the service manager and they told him they wouldn't do it because the damage was so extensive. Their insurance company sent it to a place that I told them not to, because it was a very small repair shop and looked like a junk yard. After 18 months of many unreturned calls and emails, it was apparent that I was never going to see my motorhome again. On Mar 31 2023, I finally was forced to submit a claim, against their insurance company, to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. Need I say more. Captain M.R. Hoyle...

This Frieghtline is the very best, I was broke down in Fairmont W Va, long story you can Google "Kings Roadservice in Fairmont W Va" to read my review, trust me it's not good. Anyway, "Hillbilly Truck Repair" in Fairmont W Va ended up helping me out. Google then also for my review, it IS a good one. Hillbilly said they would take my Air Compressor back up to Frieghtliner in Cannonsburg Oa 80 miles north and get me my $405 core back, I kind of had my doubts, but really had no choice. Today, Meghan from Frieghtliner called me and asked me how I wanted to be paid for my Air Compressor Core, Check or put back on my card. Both Freieghtliner and Hillbilly Truck Repair came thru for me, I can't begin to tell you how happy I am. As a truck driver for 27 years an owner operator for 15 of those 27 years no one has helped me out like these 2 have.
