Very friendly staff, they have a wide selection of parts for cars, trailers and boats. The prices are also cheaper than the local boat shops for the parts they do carry. I suggest stopping g here before going to a boat shop.

My husband & I were so pleased with the people that work here. Our battery died just as we got into Sneads Ferry today. My husband called & asked if someone could bring us a new battery. The gentleman asked if he'd be paying cash & my husband said yes. He told them where we were & in a matter of a few minutes someone came with a new battery! Considering we live 2 hours away from Sneads Ferry... that was above & beyond any other car parts company!! THANKS A MILLION GUYS!! IT WAS GREATLY...

Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the last 3x times I've ordered parts online I never received a call letting me know the parts arrived. I always had to call them and the response was "oh yeah, they're here." Even when the website showed the parts in stock for instore pickup I received a confirmation email stating "you will receive a call when your parts are ready to be picked up".... never got the call so I ordered parts from Advance right up the road and picked them up...
