looking for a new apartment called the office to get more information the only thing I said was that my husband and I was intrested in filling out a application. The manager who answered the phone had a very monotone and grumpy mean voice towards me as if I was bothering him. Then proceeded to tell me if they felt I had anyone residing at the apartment besides who was on the lease they wouldn't come talk to me or ask questions they would take me to court. I found this very strange and a warning not to apply here. For one I have never lived here for him to know anything about me or my husband and second that's poor business on his end mentioning something like that and threating a possible tenat before they even fill out a application. I don't like the idea that people live there and don't pay rent and not on the lease and the manger just over looks it and or just don't care. For one I know that there is people living there and working and or getting and SSI check. It's past time for inspections on your lease and the people that actually live there and should be there and without animals that you don't allow there cuz there's plenty of animals stop over looking the obvious things that are going wrong and if you have cameras maybe you should get them fixed or pay more...
